Koala's Juicy Gum Tips are snippets of what has happened in my week. Metaphorically speaking these snippets are the tips of the leaf not the whole leaf. The Leaf being my week.

It is my goal to start blogging again. I thought I would start with something easy like my juicy gum tips only as it has been awhile these snippets will cover what has happened in the last year. Yes, you heard right it has been a year since I last wrote a post.

Where to start......

1. My last post was that the baby was born, Bass has now turned one.

2. While on the subject of Birthdays I am now 18.

3. I have finished school and am now going to College. I'm studying for a Bachelor of Arts in the Liberal Arts, and loving it!!!!!!!

4. My family is all well and my brother just got back from a trip to South Australia.

5. I've got assignments due often, so I won't be able to blog that much but the aim is to blog at least twice a month.

The Baby is Born!

I now have a new Baby Brother! He was born the day before yesterday. I love holding babies and it is even better when they are your own brother or sister. I don't get to hold him for long though someone always comes along and wants to hold him too.

Outside my window....... I can hear the springs of the trampoline, and see someone's head bouncing into sight over the bushes.

I am thinking ......... That today was a nice quiet relaxing day.

From the kitchen........ something just started sizzling. I think it is chicken.

I am creating ......... ideas. I don't know what to give halt for his birthday. It's in about three weeks.

I am hearing....... noises from outside. The trampoline and voices.

I am hoping......... that the books I ordered arrive soon.

I am planning.......... to catch up on the ironing.

I am wearing............ jeans, a black t-shirt saying 'princess' and a ring.

Around the house.......... we finished painting and moving the little boys back into their room on the weekend. We rearranged Dad and Mum's room and moved the baby furniture in. Also we washed all the neutral baby clothes and blankets. It was a very busy weekend.

My wish of the week ......... that the week is a relaxing one.

#1. Legolas has started his new job. It is at a retail store, one of those shops that sell a wide range of products for a cheap price; most being under $10.

#2. Halt started his Soccer Refereeing course on Monday.

#3. I finished my Essay on Father John Joseph Therry.

#4. We got my computer up and running. I am typing this on it now.

#5. I am driving often now I have my P's.

#6. We have begun painting the little boy's room. I spent three hours yesterday painting the undercoat on the walls. Dad is painting the second coat on the roof as I type.

Outside my window....... The first sunny afternoon in days!

I am thinking ......... That Halt had better hurry up so I can take him to town on time.

From the kitchen........ The boys are chopping pumpkin and sweet potato and they seem to talk a lot while doing it. Whoever said that girls talk more than boys didn't live with my brothers.

I am creating ......... the parts for our computers arrived today, so I'll be taking computers apart and putting them together tonight.

I am hearing....... Dad's voice, he just got home.

I am hoping......... that Mum has the baby soon. I can't wait to have a new baby brother or sister.

I am planning.......... to get babysitting jobs.

I am wearing............ Sneakers, jeans, blue T-shirt, watch and ring.

Around the house.......... Princess is setting the table without being told, what a good sister I have.

My wish of the week ......... That I have a good lent. By that I mean that I come closer to God during this time of preparation.

The Love Month Challenge, days 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 & 28.

I am so behind on this. Ok......... Day 23: A way in which you want to be remembered.
I would like to be remembered for the things I did. I don't mean like...... the first person to climb a really high mountain. Though that would be great too. I mean for my personality or my love for others. For my fruits. So that when I'm dead people can stand up at my funeral and say "I was proud to know her."

Day 24: A movie no one would expect you to love.
I tend to like lots of different types of movies. Maybe...... Cinderella, I love Cinderella, even though I am to old for it. Actually, I like the thought of it more now I am older than the actual movie itself.

Day 25: A recipe. Beef Stew.
First you find the meat. A steak or chops will do it. Chop it into cubes, not to small, nice and chunky. Then brown it with an onion (chopped) and some spices, mixed spices will do. Add some salt and pepper, also a stock cube if you have it, maybe a packet of french onion soup. Peal and chop some potatoes, sweet potato, pumpkin and carrot, make them chunky. Add water with it and leave it all to simmer. You might want to add some peas, beans or broccoli in at the end. Also some thickener like arrowroot or cornflour. Serve with mashed potato, mashed pumpkin and sweet potato (we call it sweet mash,) rice, or bread and butter. Even by itself it is wonderful.

Day 26: A childhood memory.
I remember when our pool was put in. I must have been somewhere between 4 and 6. Just the awe of the bobcats and the dirt being moved out of the ground. When I say remembered it is more like a picture.

Day 27: A physical feature you love.
On me? on someone else? on everyone? I don't know how to answer this question so I'll just say, I find noses interesting. I haven't seen one I love though. Most noses seem to me to look ugly. As though they don't quiet know what they are doing.

Day 28: Hopes, Dreams and plans you have for the next 365 days
I plan to find a job, complete my last year of school, and hopefully know what career path I want to follow.

I am wearing............ My daggiest clothes with paint splatted all over them. Also my watch and ring.

Around the house.......... Nothing much is happening. Someone is still moving about the kitchen though.

When I was younger I called blanket "blanklett" and Lawn Mower "Mow lawner" also I often pronounce words so that they are incompressible to anyone but myself and sometimes Mum.
